Janet Williamson (CF 2015), Principal of The Royal Belfast Academical Institution, has continued to build on her Fellowship research, applying lessons on pupil well-being informed by Seligman’s PERMA-V model.
Her work has contributed to the school securing funding to host a Research-Informed Conference on Pupil Wellbeing aimed at sharing best practice across all education sectors in Northern Ireland.
