Enterprise consultant Yvonne Witter (CF 2010) published a book entitled Customer Service in the African Caribbean Business on 24 May. The book uses storytelling to demystify business processes and explores the impact of enslavement on customer service.

Social enterprise founder Yvonne Field (CF 2012) has secured a £50m investment from The National Lottery Community Fund to support black and minoritised community organisations across the UK. She achieved this in collaboration with Shane Ryan (CF 2018) and Derek Bardowell (CF 2014), as a partnership with her social enterprise The Ubele Initiative.

Writer and social activist Jennifer Kavanagh (CF 1999) has written a book, Let Me Take You by the Hand: True Tales from London's Streets, which was published on 3 June. The book provides a contemporary oral history of those who live or work on London streets and draws comparisons with Victorian times to explore how much or little has changed.
