Alison Mackenzie (CF 2014) has earned a nomination for Venue of the Year at the Scots Trad Awards for Croy Live, the rural venue she founded to bring traditional music to a small community hall.
Competing against large professional theatres, Croy Live stands out as the only rural hall in the category, with a capacity of around 100. The venue has become a go-to spot for musicians, praised for its friendly, community atmosphere.
