Charity founder Nicola Sharp-Jeffs has received an OBE for services to victims of domestic and economic abuse. Nicola’s Fellowship investigated ways of supporting survivors of financial abuse which inspired her to set up a charity on her return, Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA).
Charity director Becky Rogerson (CF 2011) shared her Fellowship findings in an online conference on stalking amongst young people. The one-day virtual conference was organised by the Alice Ruggles Trust in collaboration with the Department of Criminology at the University of Leicester.

Community manager Arfah Farooq (CF 2017) has been named an Angel Investor by Ada Ventures as part of their Ada Angels programme which aims to create a new generation of investors. Arfah will use this support and funding to develop her organisation, Muslamic Makers, a community for Muslims in the tech sector.
