October 2024 Fellows' update: Alex South

Alex South (CF 2017) explored how prison officers experience and survive the penal environment through his project. Last month, she addressed the Justice and Home Affairs Select Committee in the House of Lords, proposing strategies for prison reform, and her speech has since been published in The New Statesman.
