Alistair Cooper joined The Scouts panel discussion at a party conference, alongside Shadow Defra Minister Robbie Moore MP, Scouts Youth Advocates Ben Pease and Zaynub Hussain, and Natalie Jackson from the Outward Bound Trust.
The discussion focused on improving outdoor access for young people and the positive impact it can have.
Ali shared his upcoming research, which will take him to the USA and Canada next year to explore how businesses, not-for-profits, and governments are working to get young people from low-income families involved in outdoor adventures.
