I have a BSc (Hons) in materials science and a PhD in engineering. My research interests include body armour and helmet optimisation, wound ballistics, clothing and textile sciences and forensic textile science.
In 2012, I undertook my Fellowship on Forensic Textile Science. I travelled to Australia and New Zealand and my Fellowship resulted in the publication of a book, Forensic Textile Science.
