Biography

I am an accomplished leader in complex transformation across the public sector where I have led teams across justice, education and home affairs. I am currently a principal consultant at PA Consulting where I lead work on justice and reducing violence against women and girls. I hold deep expertise in whole system change to support vulnerable people and particularly in prevention of gender-based violence. I was previously the joint head of the Government's End-to-End Rape Review, a complete transformation of the criminal justice system's response to rape that has delivered fundamental and sustained change for victims. I now lead in this area both domestically and internationally.

My personal experiences have fuelled my passion to develop the UK as a global leader in prevention of gender-based violence to deliver purpose-led change in this area. My Fellowship will research ending gender-based violence through education and develop tools to implement this approach in practice that I hope will be used at local and national level.
