I am a doctoral researcher at the University of Strathclyde, specialising in the development and evaluation of wearable technologies for the physical rehabilitation of stroke survivors. My research leverages motion-capture technology to enable real-time tracking and performance feedback. I am deeply committed to empowering stroke survivors to take charge of their rehabilitation goals through the use of assistive technologies.

The purpose of my Fellowship is to explore innovative, high-quality, accessible and cost-effective technology-based rehabilitation solutions from around the world. I have extensive experience in healthcare research and my passion for this field stems from a desire to improve the quality of life for those affected by stroke. My goal is to enhance the UK's capability to deliver personalised and impactful care.

Through this Fellowship, I aim to influence national policy on stroke care and position the UK as a global leader in rehabilitation. I hope to leave a lasting legacy that not only improves the lives of stroke survivors but also empowers individuals to move better and live longer.
