I have over a decade of experience working across a wide range of projects in the built environment. I am recognised for my contributions across the UK towards shaping places that have embedded quality design, strong community values and a broad sense of culture at their heart.

In 2016, I was awarded a Fellowship to explore the role of young people in decision-making processes in transitioning societies. The Fellowship provided me with the opportunity to meet organisations championing and advocating for youth-led policy across Albania, Kosovo, Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Since 2016, and in my role as Managing Director at New Practice (an architecture practice based in Glasgow and working across the UK), I have positioned the outcomes of my Fellowship alongside my place-based practice to address a number of public and private sector challenges and to explore opportunities for community-led development as part of wider strategies.

In 2020, I joined Architecture LGBT+ to support the programming of a Scottish chapter. In this same year, I was appointed as an associate of the Design Council and to the British Council Creative Hubs Advisory Board.
