The application form
Introduction
We are now open for Fellowship applications from 4 September until midday on 12 November 2024.
How to apply
We use an online application system.
You can download a sample Word form to review in advance of making an application, but this is for guidance only. We can only accept offline applications from applicants who have requested additional support – see our EDI and Accessibility page to find out more about the support we can offer, including other ways to apply.
Before you start your application, make sure you have read the FAQs on our website.
Please note:
- Each answer is limited to a maximum number of characters.
- A red asterisk indicates a question that must be answered.
- It’s a good idea to regularly save your answers as you complete the form.
The deadline for us to receive your application is midday on Tuesday 12 November 2024. Applications received after this time will not be considered.
Sample Questions
Our simple online application form asks four main questions:
- What change do you hope to make in the UK? Why is it needed and who will it help?
- Why are you the right person to carry out this project?
- What do you hope to learn from the countries you have chosen to focus on? Why have you chosen them?
- How will you tell other people about what you learn? How and when will you use your learning to make change happen?
You will not be asked to share a budget unless you are shortlisted for interview.
